Courier and Delivery Times

All PetSquare shipments are handled by GLS.

Delivery times – Italy:

     - 1–2 business days for all of Italy

     - 2–3 business days for minor islands and remote areas

Delivery times – Europe:

     - 3–7 business days for countries within the European Union

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, traffic, or courier delays

Shipping Costs

🇮🇹 Italy

     - Free shipping for orders of €50.00 or more

     - Shipping cost €2.99 for orders below €50.00

🇪🇺 Europe (EU)

     - Free shipping for orders of €100.00 or more

     - Shipping cost €11.99 for orders below €100.00

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the GLS tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Important Notes

     - Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

     - In case of failed delivery, the courier will make a second attempt or leave a notice with instructions for           collection

     - We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to avoid delays or               parcels being returned
