Return & Refund Policy – PetSquare
Returns within 30 days
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must:
- be in the same condition as when you received it
- not be used or worn
- have all original tags
- be in the original packaging
- be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return

If the return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- defective items
- damaged items
- wrong items
contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and provide a quick solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- perishable goods
- customized or made-to-order products
- gift cards
If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product is to return the item. After approval, you can purchase the new item separately.
EU Withdrawal Rights – 14 Days
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification.
The item must meet the same conditions as above (unused, in perfect condition, with original tags, in the original packaging).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- we will send an email confirming approval or rejection
- if approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
